I'm very upset that I filled out a contact form through Bizapedia.com to file a complaint about allowing a person to put up false information about my company in a review. The form said I will be contacted with 10days and it has been almost a month! I have never received an email or call for my complaint. This company is horrible! They have no contact info nor do we know anything about the business. It allows customers to violate their rules and regulations when it comes to posting a review. They don't background check or anything to make sure the review is valid. I'm very upset!
